Background:  Roche is the world’s largest biotech company, with truly differentiated medicines in oncology, immunology, infectious diseases and diseases of the central nervous system.


    Challenge:  Our challenge was to talk about a company which manufactures specialized medicines but is not allowed to communicate these products. We had to build and sustain positive image of the company, act as a press office and digital agency.


    Approach:  We chose to communicate the health issues Roche products were a cure for, as well as about disease prevention, the importance of regular health checks and prophylaxis. Amongst the tools we chose to use were interviews with well-know healthcare professionals. We used as many communication channels as possible.


    Result:  Supported from specialists and opinion leaders in different disease areas we succeeded in provoking the interest of the media and the mass audience as well as to raise awareness about Roche’s main corporate messages. Thus, Roche has built strong relationship with general and specialized media as well as with the authorities.
